ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SHOULD BE SHIPPED VIA INSURED MAIL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO:

Our customer support department will be happy to help you return or exchange incorrect, unwanted, or defective item(s) upon the return of your purchases, in their original condition.

In stock item(s) will be shipped back to you within 1 business days of receiving the exchange.

All exchanges MUST be in the original delivery condition, with the original box, with packing slips and tags included. WITH RETURN FORM.

Once we have received the exchange item(s), MATCLUB will take care of the cost of shipping the new item(s) using standard free ground shipping.

Your original payment method will either be charged or refunded if the exchange merchandise value is greater or less than original merchandise value.

No re-stocking fees will be applied.

We cannot guarantee desired sizes and colors for exchanges.
