FREE Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items MUST be in the same condition received in with original packaging, including tags. If the item or the original item’s package are damaged, the order is subject to a partial refund.
Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
To return a gift, please provide the original order number and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.
1. Complete the RETURN FORM
2. A Team Member will email you an RMA # and FREE Return Label. Please allow 48 hours to process your return before a shipping label is generated.
3. Place the item(s) in a secure box
4. Write the RMA # provided clearly on the outside of the box
5. Place the prepaid shipping label on the package
6. Drop off your package to the carrier on the return label
*Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will reflect within 2-3 business days.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
NOTE: Our standard return policy does not apply to Custom Team Gear orders and other bulk order circumstances. Please contact support to speak with a Team Member concerning special terms for these types of orders.
We do not accept exchanges for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply follow our FREE Return process for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like
